Rules:

Any Permission of "Day Off" Must Be Requested With At Least 3 Days Of Anticipation.
Any Request to Change Arrival Or Departure Time Must Be Requested With At Least 2 Days Of Anticipation.

All employees have a limit of Permitted Absences:

1 permitted absence (1 Day Off) every 30 days.

2 permitted absences (2 Day Off) in a 90 days period.

3 permitted absences (3 Day Off) in a 180 days period.

All employees have a limit of Permitted Tardiness or Early Leaves:

2 permitted Time Changes every 30 days.
4 permitted Time Changes every 90 days.
6 permitted Time Changes every 180 days.

EXAMPLES:

Carlos requested 06/15 a day off. It was approved. Carlos can not get a day off approved before 7/15.

Then Carlos requested a day off on 7/16. It was approved. Now Carlos can't get another day off approved before 9/15.

Carlos then asked for a day off on 09/20. It was approved. Now Carlos can't get a day off until 12/15.

Selecting The Wrong The Date And/Or Time In Which You Will Work Will Cause A Dismissal Of Your Request.

There Will Be NO EMAIL OR SMS Message Approving Or Denying Your Request. You Must Check "See Responses" below.

This Is A Request For Obtain Permission To Modify The Schedule, Not An Automatic Schedule Change.

The Schedule Must Be Followed As It Is With No Changes Whatsoever Until Your Request is Approved In "See Responses" page.
The Store Manager or Store Leaders, or Anyone aside from Carlos Vallee, Have No Authority To Concede Or Approve Changes In The Schedule Or Allow Absences.
